From Naples to Your Locale
'CalmQuarter' was born out of a dream to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Paris. The Thompson family opened this pizzeria in 1985, a modest family endeavor boasting recipes passed down for generations.
Emily Thompson, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her Italian travels, mentored by renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. On her return to the UK, her resolve to replicate Italy's quintessential pizza experience led her to employ traditional techniques with the highest-quality ingredients.
Our small 12-seat pizzeria has flourished into a cherished local gem, yet our dedication to absolute quality and authenticity has stood the test of time. We persist in baking with tried-and-true wood-fired ovens, producing our own dough every day, and securing the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'CalmQuarter' is still under the care of the Thompson lineage, with the founder's heirs steering our enthusiastic team. We've adopted new approaches without betraying the core of our enterprise: to create delectable, genuine pizza that invites togetherness.
